Project Overview
This project combined multiple enabling workstreams under a single field development program. The delivery requirement was not only technical completion of each activity, but disciplined coordination between interfaces—so work fronts remained productive and acceptance remained documentation-ready.
Scope of Work
The listed scope integrated earthing works, CP deep well drilling and installation, water supply well drilling/installation, and general transportation services. Managing these in parallel requires clear sequencing and consistent execution standards.
