The Field Operations Team is responsible for day-to-day site delivery, including mobilisation, installation, and execution of drilling and dewatering activities. We coordinate equipment readiness, manpower deployment, and work-front planning to ensure that site activities progress safely and efficiently under real ground conditions.
We maintain disciplined site supervision and practical coordination with stakeholders, supported by routine reporting and clear communication. Our operational focus is to deliver reliable outcomes, maintain program momentum, and close scopes with a clean and organized handover process.
